• ​Kindergarten-cum-child programme: Special child care workers are specially hired to provide instruction, care and individual learning counselling for children with special needs. This service must be referred by the Social Welfare Department.
   

• Child care service: Provide short-term daycare services for parents who are temporarily unable to take care of their children (charges are set by the Social Welfare Department).
   

• ​Extended hours service: Provide extended hours of child care services for dual-working parents or families in need (charges are set by the Social Welfare Department).
