Registration Procedures for Day Care Services:

Please visit our nursery school to apply for admission or download the application form and send it back or email to the nursery of your choice. Parents can apply for the waiting list together with a copy of the expected date of delivery at the earliest after the expected date of delivery is confirmed.

 

Please submit the tuition fees with the following documents after application is accepted:

• Photocopy of birth Certificate of the baby

• Photocopy of Record of Vaccination

• Photo of the baby (No. of photos: 6)

• Health record signed by registered doctor
